I debated 5 vs 4. Once installed an running correctly it s a great product as is the app. That said it was very, very time consuming to install. The door and latch opening had the be PERFECT or it won t work. I had to make several modifications to the door and the latch. From there it took a while to figure out how to get linked to the app. The instructions are pretty terrible. I found a You Tube video to help me connect. Now that it s up and running it s great.
