Works great, easy to install.I recently built a new pole barn on my property and made it large enough so half is my wood shop and the other half is a garage. I wanted to make my lovely wife s life easier so I decided to have an opener put on the garage door. The local overhead door company came out and told me because I had high lift doors, I would need a jack shaft opener and it would cost me 1,500 at least. Discouraged by this, I thought my hopes of a garage door opener had been dashed. I decided to do a little research to see why these jack shaft openers were so expensive..... turns out they aren t Not sure what the guy was on about but I found many reviews pointing me to this opener and decided I would get it and try to install it myself. Couldn t have been easier. The actual opener only took 15 minutes to install. I had a couple more hours involved in running all the little wires for the control panel and motion sensor I also had to run a new outlet as this opener does come with a plug on a 6 cord . It was super easy to program, super easy to install and works amazingly smoothly. It s also MUCH quieter than a chain opener. I even paired a second remote and a keypad on the outside of the door. Both done with just a few button presses. I love this thing and have never had an easier time installing anything.
