It is magic.It arrived quickly, set up was straightforward and I d only make one observation. The light strip ribbon cable needs to be connected to the controller via a supplied jumper--the polarity has to be correct or the light won t turn on but once I noticed that, I reversed the polarity and voila, my kitchen counter looked like the deck of the Enterprise. Within a minute or two I had added it to my Google Home and it works perfectly with voice commands as well. You can set up custom functions to match the decor of the room I have it fading back and forth between white and red , or to blink with music. I m still learning about its capabilities but will return to edit this and provide a photo after I know more. It is certainly worth the price. After having used it for a week, I m even happier with the purchase. I have set it to come on at dusk and turn off when I should be in bed--as well as to come on in the early morning. It s very soothing and my grandkids love to tell google home to change to various colors like turquoise and violet. It was a good buy.
