Great picture, price, and customer service but only thru text.When I went to set up the system I had questions. There was no customer service contact information and the Instructions in the box are crap . You will have to call Amazon to get a USA number. Once I called the number Amazon gave me, I receive a text message from the company. You will have to text in the evening because of the time difference in Mylasia. The customer service agent was very friendly and went out of his way to help. He even helped on the weekend. Only down side is that you can only get assistance through text messages. He sent links with pictures of steps to follow. Be aware that their are pop up icons, so move your mouse around the edges of each screen for prompts. I set up motion alerts to be emailed to me and am working on adjusting it so I don t get false alerts. If I can fix this I would change my rating to 5 stars. If you use a gmail email be prepared to chang your gmail settings to less security for apps. Gmail blocked the camera app the first time I set it up. Instructions in the box are crap Although I am very satisfied with the product and purchase and would recommend this product.
