great picture, decent system, poor customer serviceJust recieved my system in, and got a couple cameras up already. Cameras are very easy to install. Picture is very clear. i have been having trouble with the motion detection especially at night. I am not happy with the customer service. When i ggot mine i got a bad hard drive. the only way to get ahold of them was through email and then they text you. it took almost 2 weeks for someone to get ahold of me and then another couple weeks to get anything figured out. The HDD was bad from the start and instead of just taking the old one and sending me a new they sent me a hdd for me to install. Which i stressed that i did not want to do as im not tech savy. I do not feel that the customer should replace the parts if it is new. That is what took it down from a 5 star. Work on your customer service set up and let us speak to someone.
